Farbe Spaces (Farbe Enterprise) runs a marketplace where owners, brokers and promoters list commercial and industrial property, land and business opportunities, and where businesses, buyers, tenants and investors find them. This page explains the limits of what the marketplace does.

A marketplace, not an adviser

Farbe Spaces lists opportunities and introduces the parties. It is not a registered investment adviser, stock broker, merchant banker, portfolio manager or other market intermediary, and it does not give investment, financial, tax, legal or valuation advice. Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell securities or to invest.

No guarantees

Farbe Spaces does not guarantee any return, income, appreciation, buyer, tenant, investor, funding or sale, and does not guarantee the ownership, title, valuation, financial performance or legal status of any property, land, business or asset. Where a listing uses words such as "returns" or "profit", they are the owner's own statements.

Information comes from the owners

Listing details, figures and documents are provided by the owners, brokers and promoters. The Farbe team reviews listings before they are published and, where a verification badge says so, checks specific things (see how verification works). Everything else is as stated by the lister.

Money

Farbe Spaces never collects investment money, deposits or sale proceeds for a listing. Payments for Farbe Spaces's own paid plans are only made through the Plans page. If anyone asks you to pay for a listed property or opportunity through Farbe Spaces, do not pay; call us on +91 98253 17032.

Do your own checks

Before you rent, buy, invest or sign anything, verify it yourself with professional help: a lawyer for title, land records and agreements; a chartered accountant for accounts and tax; and, for securities or investments, an adviser registered with the appropriate regulator. Agricultural land in particular may be subject to state rules on who may buy it and how it may be used.

Farbe Enterprise's own services

Listings on Farbe Spaces belong to their owners. Farbe Enterprise's own warehousing, logistics and 3PL services are described on farbeenterprise.com and are separate from the marketplace.
