What is carpet, built-up and super built-up area?

Carpet area is the usable floor inside the walls. Built-up area adds the walls and balconies. Super built-up area also adds a share of common areas such as lobbies and stairs. Listings show whichever the owner gave; compare like with like.

How is rent for commercial property usually quoted?
