What we do

We publish listings of commercial and industrial property, warehouses, land and business opportunities submitted by owners, brokers and promoters, and connect interested businesses, buyers, tenants and investors with them. Unless a listing says it is listed by Farbe Enterprise, the property or business is not ours and we are not a party to any lease, sale, investment or other deal. Enquiries come to the Farbe team first, and we pass on genuine ones.

Listings

• Only list property you own or are authorised to market, with accurate details and your own photos.
• We review every listing and may edit, reject, delist or remove any listing at our discretion, including one on a paid plan.
• Keep availability up to date: mark a property occupied when it is taken.
• Details on listings come from the people who list them. Verify everything (title, approvals, measurements, terms) before you commit.
• State land classification (for example agricultural or NA) and permitted use exactly as recorded; do not describe a property as having approvals it does not have.
• Do not promise returns, safety, buyers or funding. Figures about a business (revenue, profit, valuation) must be your honest statements and are shown as yours.
• Verification badges show only what the Farbe team checked (see how verification works). They are not a guarantee of ownership, title, valuation, financial performance or legal status.

Business and investment listings

Farbe Spaces is a marketplace that introduces parties. It is not an investment adviser, broker, merchant banker or other market intermediary, does not recommend, value or guarantee any business, asset or return, and never collects investment money. Anyone acting on a listing does so on their own judgement and should take professional advice. See the disclaimer.

Accounts

Keep your password secret and use two-factor sign-in if you can. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used for spam or fraud.

Paid plans

Plans, prices and what they include are shown on the plans page at the time you buy. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. Plans are delivered online as described in our shipping and delivery policy, and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. Contact us with any question. A paid plan gives more visibility and features; it does not guarantee enquiries, a lease or a sale.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, send spam, upload unlawful content, try to reach other people's data or interfere with the site's security.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Farbe is not liable for losses arising from listings, from dealings between users, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
